Staff was amazing. Frankline, chidi, and moses helped a lot. the hotel was sparkling clean. they always carried my bags with smiles.
Service at the pool was slow. Ordering drinks took a while.

the breakfast was acceptable, with a decent atmosphere to start the day.
The front desk manager was impolite and not accommodating. she openly showed rudeness to my family and me. i was told a later checkout would not be a problem upon arrival, but she threatened to have security remove our items despite knowing we had a baby. This lacks decorum.
